Online purchases will be shipped within one business day. (Monday - Saturday)
Shipping time varies with location.
We ship UPS, Fed Ex and USPS. We choose the fastest standard option. If you have a preference, please let us know when placing the order.

RETURNS MUST BE IN BRAND NEW CONDITION. 

Refunds only on unworn merchandise (with original packaging and tags attached) shipped back within 14 days of purchase with original packaging intact.
Store credit only on unworn merchandise (with original packaging and tags attached) shipped back within 1 month of purchase.
All tights, undergarments, custom orders and clearance items are final sale.
Pointe shoes should be tried on with caution, laying a towel or pillowcase on the floor is suggested. Shoes must be in brand new condition, drawstrings must not be pulled tight, shoes must be clean, and all packing and labeling must be intact.
Buyer pays return shipping. We can send you a return label with discounted rates, the cost will be deducted from the amount of refund or credit. 
Shipping is not refundable.
